Meet Our Director

Angela Afentakis-Bell has been immersed in the world of theatre a young age, igniting her passion through acting in plays and musicals. She pursued her love further with a B.A. double major in Theatre, focusing on Acting and Directing, alongside English with an emphasis on Dramatic Literature and Playwriting. She completed her degrees with extensive training in all aspects of theatre, including stage and film acting, directing, and technical design. Angela has appeared in numerous productions and developed a deep admiration for Shakespeare. Her directing debut, A Midsummer's Dream, showcased her talent as she led a diverse cast of 30 people, ranging from 5 to 35 years old. She has also shared her knowledge by teaching theatre classes to middle school students and in weekly theatre classes held in a dance studio.

Angela looks forward to collaborating with each of you to create masterpieces of theatre while fostering a deeper personal love for the art. Her passion for storytelling and dedication to the craft will inspire and encourage everyone involved.
